So, /lit/, I've been working my way through biographies on the leading men of WWII.
I've got Stalin, Tojo, Hitler, Truman, Churchill, and FDR.
I'm missing Mussolini, but I can't find a good biography about him. The ones that I have found (the bad ones), are out of print, too, so that's discouraging.
So, I need help.
A good biography on Benito Mussolini.

Hey /lit/.
Sorry to make a whole new thread for this, but there wasn't a relate-able one to post in.
Where to start with Aristotle?
I'd appreciate if you'd reply within 1-2 posts, so I could delete this thread as soon as possible.

But.. I find joy in literature..
My sole purpose for reading is for enjoyment.

It won't be as worth it as you think it will be.
Sure, it's worth it, to an extent.
But we all had higher expectations of the end result.
If given the choice, I'd probably still do it again, though.

That's a very vague subject area.
All of Sanderson's other books are good, and you'll enjoy them if you liked the Mistborn trilogy.
Check out Dan Simmons, too.
Steven Erikson is alright, not phenomenal, but not bad.
Avoid Terry Goodkind, unless you like Ayn Rand.
Raymond Feist is also quite good.
Gene Wolfe's Book of the New Sun is good as well.

Yo son I just finished that series and I loved the shit out of it.
Sanderson is one of the best fantasy authors I've read.
Love his shat mang. I haven't read the fourth one yet, though, the Alloy of Law.

On a more helpful note, there's this book by some chick named ??? Roth, called Divergent. Supposedly is quite good, and the sequel just came out, called Insurgent. I believe it's dystopian-like, similar to THG. All the teenies are buying them. We just got in a shipment of Insurgent last night, and it just officially came out today, and we're already sold out.

What poetry I've read, I've enjoyed, for the most part.
I just can't remember any that I've read.
Who're the best poets, /lit/?

Any particular work of his that you would recommend me, with the foreknowledge that I don't plan to get as heavily invested in Frege as I do with Wittgenstein.

Also, I found this picture and that you all would enjoy it.
Particularly the part at the bottom.

I've never seen any discussion of Wittgenstein. Why not?
Or do I just always miss it?
Anyways, what's your opinions on this young fellow?
Should I give him a go? If so, where to start?

It's quite poorly written, and the story is old and uninteresting.
It felt more that it was written BY a twelve-year-old girl, instead of FOR them.

>rapes women in alleyways
How filthy. A true gentleman breaks into a young woman's home to force himself upon her in the comfort of her own bed.
That way, she'll never feel safe at home again.

That's a neat tidbit of information, though. Thanks for providing me with the correct terminology.

>until you are a woman, your opinion is invalid
Not sexist against men at all.
That always gets my goat, man. That the simple announcement that men aren't victims of sexism is, in itself, sexist against men.
