Guys stop lying to yourselves. If you're good and care about it enough you'll get published. No one will visit you and ask if you got a novel or a short story. It's not that hard to get into college or local magazines and part from there. Then you get a grant. Then you're an author.

I don't know why but i had to read it two times to really appreciate it. It's an important book for the US, as its the voice of an era.

>> No.1457712 [View]

This could work in a way. At least as a guide of what to buy and how to get into genres and eras and shit.

Yeah, i do. Visit second hand bookstores is like my third favorite "to-dos" on my daily life. Sometimes i got books for free, mostly academic stuff: books about law, lacan, biology, i got many.

But i like books. I like to tear them apart, to make them my bitch slaves. I writes notes are over them, throw them away, read them at shower or in sandy environments. Books are like nicest personal possessions in the world.

Then again, nevermind me; i'm stoned out of my mind, chillin in my homeless-person-like room.

Cheers, /lit/.

This and always this. The only reason this didn't gave Bolaño the nobel price is because he died.

A fair share of both is better.

This is just the start. Keep giving your authorities the power of change classic books as they please... You already take your children education too seriously, they end up being the hobos you dont want them to be or retarded parents like you...

This will never cease to amaze me, as semicolons are nowhere near pretentious in my lenguage (in fact i discovered they're a pretentious thing in english here on /lit)/. They're useful and only a little bit less popular than commas.
