Bandwagons are never good. Now we are awash in samey, overly detailed and too clean armors that are all style over substance.
Art station is full of 'em.
I like Beck's approach (and a few others), where it actually looks like used equipment - he has an eye for mechanical details, probably because he builds custom race cars in his spare time.
