Yukari is the strongest species of youkai in Gensokyo. End of debate. Read the canon descriptions of the characters and read the books.

-Yukari is the ONLY youkai that ZUN speculates "might be the strongest youkai." ZUN's words, not mines. In the case of Yuka, he only references her insanity.
-The ability to manipulate flowers is NOT EQUAL TO the ability to manipulate boundaries. Yukari is the only Touhou where ZUN said "this power is on par with the gods." Yuka, not so much. And the magic powers Yuka gained could have been gained by any character. Any speculation about said powers are just fanon wanks, as the only definition of it available is moe.
-There is no defense against or weakness to Yukari's hax. -- ZUN, Perfect Memento.
-ZUN said Yukari only hangs out with higher class/powerful youkai like Suika. I doubt Yuka is even on Suika's level.
-Yukari is the only Touhou capable of "destroying Gensokyo with ease", thanks to her boundaries hax.
-She's one of the smartest and oldest youkai that may have had a hand in the creation of Gensokyo.

Now kindly go choke on a dick and die Suigin. Stop letting your hardon for Yuka cloud your judgment. Maybe in fanon she's in Yukari's league, but in canon, she's more or less in Remilia's league.
