In before 'troll', but I'm actually serious here: Emiya Shirou.
He may be a naive idiot, but his ideals are worthy of praise. He tries to dedicate his life to helping people, to the point where it actually causes problems for him (people take advantage of him, etc). If everybody would do that, the world would be a better place.

but it really allows you to get into the head of Shirou, and shows how something as cooking a meal reveals how much consideration he puts into making something to give pleasure to those he cares about. food has power, it can inspire, astonish, shock, excite, delight and impress. It has the power to satisfy himself and others.
To be a cook, a good cook, requires an almost masochistic and/or irrational love of cooking. Given Shirou's survivor's guilt and extreme selflessness and dedication, he could be a great culinarian.
