Something like a white lion with horns and lots of eyes, among others. Although Keine doesn't seem to have them, like most touhous based on creatures with extra eyes.

Well... since you've all been trying so hard...

It's possible Keine is a quantum immortal, since she can add and remove to history relatively freely, and thus branch timelines as she wishes - the future that was about to happen doesn't simply go away, it just goes in another direction than Keine herself perceives. In this way, everytime Keine alters history she "accidentally" creates a parallel world, with a different conditions for the future. As such, it's possible that she's created one or more worlds with the proper conditions for Keine to live indefinitely.

Still, it's faint sliver of hope that sometime, somewhere, Keine has a chance to live on. The main Touhou timeline doesn't offer this. Eventually, Keine will die.
