Get Firefox if you don't have it and install ReloadEvery.
Load up your page, right click on your page, go to Reload Every and set the time to refresh. Then just click the enable box on the top and it'll refresh. Best do this with 2 minutes increments, any less is very suspicious.

He then spams his blog in certain websites/forums and/or finds a blogging circlejerk that will view his website/comment on posts/click the ads. If done correctly you can pull in some decent money per day but you look like a raging faggot spamming your blog.
