Akshually it matters when they fuck up how they do the honorifics removal. Eris is a medical doctor. JP calls her Eris-sensei. The leaked translation uses Ms. Eris. A deaf person reading Eustia wouldn't know that she's called a doctor. But who cares about deaf people. It's still missing information. Out of curiosity I downloaded the old 2012 Yandere partial TL and they call her Doctor Eris.

Both TLs got Saint Irene's title wrong. In JP the characters refer to her formally as 聖女様 (seijo-sama). Seijo means saint, so what's the problem? The characters use only seijo-sama and nowhere do they say Irene. For example Eris says 今日は、聖女様のお目見え and it's translated to Saint Irene. I consider that an early spoiler. The reader isn't supposed to know at this point that the Saint is Saint Irene. While Saint Irene is also her official name on the website and materials, I think it's a bad translation choice to use her full name when it should only be "the Saint' when they say 聖女様.
