I forgot how poor of a launch that had, only ever peaking at just 12 concurrent users. But it probably is kind of a decent seller by now, since it never actually fell off and has 225 reviews now. Compared to something which dropped off sharper like Chrono Clock which was released 10 months earlier, peaked at 42 concurrent users and only has 135 reviews now.

It's quite possible they're both mid-tier and the old tl just got held to a lower standard. I remember Moogy used to say Phar was pretty decent back in the day, but Symphonic Rain certainly could be better... still better than the official translation bar the first few scenes, though. And the songs aren't done too bad, I guess.
