Mangagamer announced Seventh Lair for March 31st. It's kind of weird they announced it only one week after their BL game, since after they release that, they only have 6 games left in their backlog, only 4 of which they can feasibly release this year (Railore, Rance IX, Sona-nyl, and Uchikano). Maybe they don't feel pressured to announce VNs at a con date before the actual release anymore, like what JAST USA is doing right now. If that's the case, some unannounced title is more likely to be released before Sona-nyl or Rance IX come out unless whatever scripting hang-ups they had were resolved in the last three months.

because if JAST didn't, the Japanese SAT would be breaching the front door of Ninetail's headquarters and arresting them. Publishing is split between the two where Ninetail only publishes the all-ages version and JAST publishes the +18 version. This enables the title to be sold without mosaics because JAST is a western company and can release it without mosaics. This also enables extremely favorable revenue sharing for Ninetail since Ninetail keeps all the steam money while not having to deal with any legal issues/requirements that comes with distributing adult material. Meanwhile JAST keeps all the revenue of the +18 release and +18 dlc sales.

Basically everyone wins because Ninetail unlike 99% of other japanese companies decided NOT to get greedy after getting an immense amount of feedback on their first kickstarter.
