Is it alright to store my dakimakura covers in a vacuum sealed bag? they gonna get compressed but it has airlock protection at least, I guess.

I have like over 20s of them collected over the years and I do switch them over by month or weeks.. but that left some of the cover unused for at least half a year.

I do have storage box but one set of the covers got molded over not being used for some time even with silica beads scattered inside the box. so I'm thinking of sealing them in vacuum bag while not in use.
