She seems like a smart girl and I even like her translations, but she has the annoying tendency to simp as hard as possible for the industry even when they're objectively fucking up. Yes, sure, sometimes customers are unreasonable or mean. That's common in literally every industry. But the expectation that your money is going towards a relatively bug-free and well translated experience is a reasonable one as a customer. Clearly this release wasn't ready and it should have been delayed. It's that simple.
