Yes. A good high end pillow and a cover with premium quality material will legitimately improve your sleep quality. They're also nice and comfy to hold while you watch anime or play games or even just holding them for the sake of holding them. Of course not to mention the obvious fact that you can fuck them.

Make sure you get the best quality fabric if you can help it. Trust me, it really helps, and not only with the tactile feel of the cover itself. The stretchiness of the fabric affects how it wraps around the pillow body, affecting its consistency and bounciness. A well fitted cover with just the right stretchiness makes the pillow all that much more comfy to hold. I think either Aqua Premia or Aqua Lycra is the best material out there right now.
