Go for the newer Mouth of Truth perorin.ver
I had the first classic one and while I miss the harder teeth for scraping, the build quality on the underside and the outer mouth wore thin. It started tearing inside and the mouth looked like Dark Knight's Joker. The perorin version doesn't have as stimulating teeth but it is definitely tougher.
Plunging in the Perorin ver had a fuller experience for me with an amazing stimulation against the head and frenulum. I'm uncut and definitely glad to be with this onahole. I probably have my sessions last too long of about 4 hours leading some of the outside to have the rough grainy texture. If you got about 40 bucks and really love fellatio, I'd say get it.

I don't know if this is a well known trick but I discovered something today. While using my ona, the lube I used dried up extremely fast for whatever reason and no matter how much lube I added in a matter of a few minutes if would be very hard to use my ona. Used Onatsuyu so not some low quality stuff. Then I somehow decided to add a bit of water, so I filled my ona up about 1/2, then poured it out and ever since then the lubrication would be extremely good and last for the entirety of the session. I'll try it again tomorrow and if it works so good again I will always add water to lube.

You don't need to use a lot of it, nor should you be very rough. The way I go about it is by tossing a bit of corn starch on a paper towel and patting the sticky bits of the ona on it, then I gently run my hands over the bits of starch and roll the ona in my hands to spread it out as much as possible until I can't see any of it and spreading it further is impossible. Repeat as many times as necessary.
The powder should not change the ona's color or even be visible, nor should it come off it when you're handling the ona.

However it is fairly fragile, the inner layer started falling apart and the back split open very fast. I was able to fix the back with a soldering iron, and the interior falling apart doesn't affect performance all that much though. It's also the hardest hole I have to clean and dry.

A while ago somebody here asked, so I just found a fap machine for onas that can also be controlled from PC out of the box and which has non-linear motion. Seems pretty good, but 500 buckaroos. So I've had my Onahole collection for like 8-9 years. I don't use them daily and make sure to clean them after any use so they're still in good shape. But I'm having an issue with some of them being sticky when you hold them.

Going through the pastebin, I found this part.

That's true for some toys, but others can be safely repaired by just heating it up (though I'd still do it outdoors with a mask on).
As for silicone, once there's a fracture inside the toy, there's nothing that can really be done about it. You could try using something like that to repair it (if you can somehow get it inside a toy you can't turn), but I haven't heard of anyone actually succeeding. The general consensus among people who are into them is that it'll just keep getting worse and worse until the whole thing breaks.
Of course, silicone is tougher so it's not going to break as easily as TPE, but a properly maintained TPE toy probably has a longer overall lifespan.

All that said, R20 does have a reputation of being built tough so it's not a bad choice.
