I don't consider Julia+ to be an intense/tight hole: It's soft enough that you can see and feel your dick distorting the shape of it (which I personally find pretty hot) and still feel like it's just pleasantly hugging you instead of clamping down on your dick like something like Lolinco Virgo does (which is actually so tight to me it numbs me instead of being particularly pleasurable). The problem I could see you having with it at that length is that you can't necessarily get as deep into it as you'd like. At that point, you probably don't know what you like for sure (I originally thought I wanted something tighter, went for Lolinco Virgo, and realized I overcorrected). It's probably the best to try whatever strikes your fancy and see how you like them; there's no guarantee you will, but at least you'll know better the next time. As I said, Julia+ is a good hole and I do typically recommend it, just with the aforementioned caveats. I guess you could also try picking up a couple of cheaper holes that differ greatly and see what kinds of sensations you like the most if you want to get a better idea, but that can take a pretty heavy investment for low immediate reward.
Keep in mind that your dick is yours and just because something is popular doesn't mean it's the best for you. The guide has a bunch of other recommendations on top of the ones you mentioned which you can compare as well if you don't want to just randomly try stuff in the future. The Venus would be easier to clean of the two since its a pretty standard tunnel design. As the name suggest of the latter, the Uterus, has well, a uterus, which acts as a second entry point inside the tunnel, or as a suction chamber (you squeeze the area to let out air and get more suction out of it). Most of them are bunk and you won't even notice them, but others are actually well made. Since it is a chamber, you can accidentally not clean it out thoroughly, which means a breeding ground for mold and bacteria. Mold is bad, and once you get mold, throw away the toy since it is a porous material.

All you need is some microfiber cloths and water for the most part. You should also grab hydrogen peroxide/rubbing alcohol and antibacterial liquid soap to disinfect/clean the internal every once in a while and keep the external clean. Buy baby powder or corn starch
so you can keep the external nice and soft, and dirt resistant. All of this stuff is cheap.

as long as it's not a hip, body, or doll they are all fairly easy to hide. The plastic exteriors are mostly pretty inconspicuous when left out in the open too. As long as it isn't super tight, they are not hard to clean either. A clean test to make sure that they don't grow mold is to swipe your finger around, and if it isn't bone dry, stick a microfiber back into it.

Cleaning holes is pretty easy. Just wash them with water and bit of soap maybe and wash it out with your fingers (be careful to keep them short or if you freshly cut them to not damage anything). Insert a rolled/folded paper towel or omething cloth-like to dry it by pressing the hole on the sides.
Depending on what hole you get, it might be harder to hide but just get a some kind of bag.
Tenga eggs can be used several times (clean them obviously) but they're not supposed to last long and usually deform a bit after first use already.

I can't believe how good these tenga spinner holes are. After getting the first I figured I'd grab the other two off amazon to try since they are cheap and easy to get. Sharing some impressions of the onas I've tried.

1. r20: This was the first ona I got. It was fairly loose, you could squeeze it to increase the tightness. The bumps felt good for going slow, but were pretty intense when you ramped up the speed.
