I don't like the idea of missing a thread I may be interested in just because it happens to contain a keyword I might have entered to filter some idol thread. It really does not annoy me to just scroll past it.
For this thread I went over the catalog and hid every thread I would care to see filtered if not for the above argument and I ended up hiding 33 threads. But that still doesn't include a lot of kuso threads (like this one) that I could also do without.
