The current version is 0.431, though like pretty much every version, this one has some weird bugs. For example, only half of Sakuya's knives actually deal damage, Sakuya X crashes the game, TanuGod hits twice, and Cirno's rush attack is bugged somehow. He says he gives up on it. Not sure if it's for good or not, but it's different from delaying it back in May. He posted on his twitter that the game handles received information fine, but he can't get the games to communicate properly, and all info that he can find about C# networking is along the lines of "use Unity assets" (he complained about scarce information in May, too).

He could do netbattles through Hamachi, but it was unstable back then, and today the stream's framerate died when he did a test battle. Hamachi might also explain the weird IPs.

His tweets are basically a plea for help. Surprised there isn't a networking expert available. Maybe I should pick up C# and see if I can figure it out before the patch where Sakuya is fixed is finally released.

You are downplaying the negatives. 20 GHz and 5 cores is the maximum Shanghai can have normally in the full game, so the NPC that gives you that addon also shares a secret number trader code that gives you the only thing that lets you equip it (you might recognize the numbers 1111-1111). And 1 core and 0 GHz that you have left with UnShuffle on isn't enough to equip anything that lets you defend yourself.

I've been trying to find something else in the old videos, but this one is also interesting: there a NebulaHole addon, which will increase enemy ranks in the final version. It was a pretty stupid idea in the only Battle Network game where they wanted to implement it at one point (they went with an equally stupid alternative instead), but maybe it'll work here if it takes up 0 Hz and cores.

Also, pictured above is the Grimoire addon, still lacking any code associated with it as far as I know.

Nebula Hole didn't exist in Battle Network, though it was supposed to in BN5. It would also take a lot of customizer space if they went through with it. Instead, you had to beat the entire game and enter the postgame area to be able to replace all v1 viruses in the game with v2 ones. Then, if you beat the postgame area halfway, you were able to see v3 viruses for the first time.
