It's a pun. "Oyakuma" comes from "oyasumi" which means "goodnight". Literally means "goodnight-bear" and doesn't really translate into English but you get the idea.

Alternatively, it means "the pleasure of being cummed inside" as per /jp/ tradition. Believe what you will, friend.
