Anti suicide lightning have been there for a while now, just like mirrors.

I don't believe this achieves anything besides moving the problem elsewhere. You can always measure less suicides at a specific station but if the overall rate doesn't decrease then this achieves nothing and AFAIK it's not decreasing at all.
