I want to ask the guy who released that little translation patch to the LOGH game, what did you use to edit the datatable.mvx?

If I try to use notepad the game crashes. I would like some help so at least I could translate the admirals, ships etc names with google.

I coded my own packer/unpacker after reversing the .arc format (the mvx is just a renamed .arc). The strings are between a lot of binary garbage, and I'm not sure if admirals, ships, etc are in datatable.mvx. They're probably in the data/script/ folder.

Well, just looking at the kanji, my guess is that the first four are some kind of ship class. I don't have my good kanji dictionary with me (in Chemistry class right now) and they all mean some variation on "fighting" or "war." So my guess is a good translation would be something like "Warship laser cannon" or maybe even just "laser cannon" depending on the context.
