Do you think Jenny will go out on a romantic date with me? She seems to have taken a real interest in me lately.

I love you Jenny!

Employer: So what job experience have you had previously?
Jenny: I worked for a hugely popular internet website, you may know it :)
Employer: Oh, reddit? I know all about that site. Boy, it's great isn't it? What did you do at reddit?
Jenny: Ahhh.... *silence* I worked at 4chan
Employer: Uh, four-CH-AN was it? I think I heard something about... Anonymous legion something or another?
Jenny: Well about that, ummm, I was a janitor so I cleaned up after the legion kids
Employer: So... you cleaned up after "kids" on this 4chon site?
Jenny: *stares at ground* Yes, I would clean up after shitposters, I did great job, I spent all day deleting their posts they thought were fun. but were shitposts. I've got moots name on the list of contacts for previous work experience, he can vouch for me.
Employer: *looks at resume again* I see, so you deleted posts all day and they were posts people enjoyed making?
Jenny: Yes, but they were shitposts I hate shitposts what about you?
Employer: Not familiar with this kind of slang, sorry. So what did you get paid by this moot person?
jenny: *looks around nervously* Nothing...
Employer: Let me rehash what we've went over to be sure I'm correct. You worked at 4chon and deleted "shitposts" all day, but weren't paid and they were made by people attempting to have fun?
Jenny: Yes... *starts to sweat*
Employer: I see, thanks. We've got your contact information and if we need your help we'll contact you.
Jenny:*shirt is visibly wet* O-okay thank-k you-u too *trips as he stands up* *leaves the room after bumping into the door*
Employer:*picks up resume* Into the trash ya go! *throws in trashcan*

Close. It went more like this:

Employer: What experience do you have that would help you at this job?
Jenny: I was a volunteer for 4chan.
Employer: Volunteer work is good. Shows personal initiative. What was your primary duty?
Jenny: I maintained some of the boards, babysitting hundreds of thousands of the most vile, autistic people on the internet.
Employer: And you're not insane from it? FUCKING HIRED!

If any of you had ever actually had a job in your lives, you'd know I'm right. Employers love seeing volunteer work and they love people who can handle idiots (customers) without going completely mad.

There is a difference between volunteering for something meaningful like a soup kitchen or habitat for humanity and volunteering to stay up all night so you can delete anime screenshots.

>> No.11638829,8 [INTERNAL]

>>11638829,7
Not really. Potential employers like to see any volunteer work on the resume because it shows that the employee is driven by more than just the paycheck.

A person who is driven solely by the paycheck will often be seen saying, "Sorry, not my job." when something comes up that needs to be done and nobody else is there to do it. A person who doesn't mind volunteering proves that they don't mind doing something a little extra, above and beyond their duty, now and then.

Uh no, employers for real jobs don't care about your internet exploits, especially if they're aware of what 4chan is.

If by some cruel twist of fate the guy thats interviewing you goes on /jp/ then you'll probably get the job only to find he makes your life hell at every minute.

"Hey janny since you were so proud to clean up virtual shit on the internet I'm going to need you to clean the actual shit smearing the walls in the women's restroom."

wow i take a nap and some guy with literal autism makes the most autistic post i've seen on warosu this month.

you ACTUALLY think that? HAHAHAHA

you think employers wanting somebodies facebook is equal to them valuing an autistic retard who is a janitor on 4chon!? you can't make this stuff up! holy shit.

it's more like a deviant act to be hidden than actual experience in anything valuable.

your jobs are all moderation jobs on the internet and not ones that actually involve money or anything worth a shit loser. I can tell cause you're stupid enough to say vitriol even in a pretend interview.

Jenny: I worked on a furry website, pokemon website, and I deleted anything that broke the rules 24/7 cause I've never done anything worthwhile in my life. I Recently discovered otaku culture too
moot: Furry? I love that stuff. hired! You'll be working on /jaypee/ with 2hu and idols.
Jenny: Thanks I look forward to helping make make 4chan better
moot: Whatever, just delete what you feel like on /jp/

>>/jp/ is the appropriate board for the discussion [...] light novels without an animated adaptation.
>>Discussion of light/visual novels with anime adaptations is allowed on /a/, though threads should focus on the anime, and not the LN/VN.

That means you literally can't exclusively discuss light novels with anime adaptations anywhere on 4chan.

This is the critical thinking skills of people moot employs. there's no way you could actually get hired at a real job.

you mad cause you're a loser reject on 4chan and not somebody running a big reddit board? if you were running a reddit board you wouldn't have lost the job interview so easily

You don't lodge a complaint without offering a solution.

i made three complaints this month to two separate business and received a thank you from both and they made the solution. this happens in real employment where i give them money for a service and they want my business. something you don't have experience with though.

>You don't lodge a complaint without offering a solution.
Yes I do, and so does pretty much everybody. Not knowing the solution doesn't mean I can't be aware that something is bad. And there's a huge difference between telling someone else to fix something and being capable of fixing it yourself, it doesn't help that you completely fail to take into consideration that people are in different positions with different circumstances. Using your logic, I should never be able to call shitty drawings shit because I personally don't know how to draw at all. Only artists would be allowed to say anything bad about drawings, only directors would be able to say anything bad about films, and only singers would be able to say anything bad about another person's singing. Completely retarded. It would be nothing but circle-jerking allowed unless you're in the same situation as the maker of something you want to criticize.

There's nothing to prove, you're just a sensitive retard who doesn't want anyone saying bad things about things you like.
