The idea is that it will put at least some barrier of entry to janitor apologists getting in on the plan. And getting banned, while unlikely, is possible, so if you can't evade easily you probably can't help. It is extremely unlikely that your IP is changing too frequently to get a ban screen, go post a picture of a dick or something.
