Yuugi doesn't seem like an idiot or anything, so I bet her brutish way of fighting could rival Meiling's skill and technique. Although I can't really say I'm all too familiar with how intelligent Yuugi is. All I know about her is from her SA dialogue.

Except Yuugi wouldn't outright kill you if she could help it. Still, I think she and Meiling would get along great.

Meiling is cute and skilled, but Yuugi would take the Scarlet Devil Mansion and throw it at her, making the entire point moot.
