It's like you really don't know how to google, though I suspect you already knew about this: Japanese Clannad limited edition DVD volume 5 (first series) came with a little music box. I think you'd be better off getting a custom one made, though.

And I don't understand why you couldn't get somebody to watch a show just because it isn't dubbed, but I don't really care.
