Check their feet. Feet is hard to consciously control and tend to point in the direction the person wants to go. This only works if your are standing though, and don't stare at their feet like a retard just a quick glance.

Generally if you just try to be aware of their body language.
Closed body language is generally a bad sign. Closed arms, looking away etc.
