It's just a blog, and chances are the guy isn't making that much. I actually started up a little anime blog and it's fun. Sure I'm like 16 mil behind this guy on alexa ;_; but I somehow doubt he's paying his rent.

Mostly everyone uses adblock now and that's how these sites make money. Think about the number of sites you turn off adblock for ... it's probably zero. I mean just look at his fucking writing style.
