Just keep shitposting. Every minute he's scavenging for posts to delete, is a minute that he isn't enjoying /jp/, and is a minute that is driving him closer to insanity and either quitting, or doing something so stupid that he has his privileges revoked. If he's just clearing the report queue without looking, report random posts and threads that are not shitposts, to highlight his negligence. This will force him to return to manual review.

4.1/m is really really slow, IRC 2009-2010 /jp/ was around 8-10/m all the time then it dropped a bit in 2011 and now the post rate is around 4-5/m with huge gaps of time were there is almost no activity.

This. I report a lot of NSFW content because I'm a douche, but it usually takes as long as half an hour to get deleted. I think he just refreshes the front page and deletes threads. The report system is kind of redundant.
