because her power actually has limits to a degree and like Anon pointed out, being CAVED is bad enough.

Though being CAVED isn't canon, it's a moonspeak joke that stuck. Keine is a nice girl, she just get more frustrated around full moon because it's the only time she can create history so she'll spend the time putting all of the recent events into history and ends up being rather busy.
