I genuinely remember doing this back in uni. Quickly forgot after breezing through those two physics semesters, but it's something about finding the tangential force of her rotational motion and the force that goes in the opposite direction of that tangent due to the friction. Then you have the difference in those dependent on the velocity or time found from the 5.25 revolutions, which you can substitute in the earlier formula after finding the time or what have you.
