By the way do you guys think MB will get a console port in future? To my understanding fighting games can't succeed outside of Japan without proper localization.

It is very unlikely MBAACC will get a proper console port. Currently, French Bread is focusing all of their efforts towards Under Night In-Birth. Should MBAACC get a console release, the sprite graphics are too outdated to stand a chance against current 2D fighters.

a game doesn't need to be recent or have good graphix in order to get a digital release on 360/PS3. capcom for one does it all the time (3s, jojo's, mvc2, etc.)

I haven't played on any other computers, so I can't be totally sure, but I don't think the game is slowing down because my computer isn't fast enough. For some reason everything on my computer freezes sporadically for something like a tenth of a second at a time, and I can't figure out why, so that's probably why it felt especially laggy at times.

The problem lies in the lack of variety in your blockstrings. You either end in 6C, slightly held 6C, 6[C], or a rekka. Save a 5A or a 2A and use it to rebeat in blockstrings to mess with the opponent's blocking habits, then continue pressure to get a full combo off disrespectful players.

I have almost no vs Nero experience, but something tells me that shielding/ex-shielding his obvious air attacks (especially j.B) is less risky than trying to use an anti-air.

I sort of understand pressure theory, but I have to really play with it in training mode to really hone in on what are my options at each moment and streamline everything. But it seems to me adding in the 214A air-unblockable, the 214B overhead, and the 421 cross-up was effective.

I'm not a too big fan of shielding because I never had good timing with it. Perhaps I should be a little more daring with it.

Yeah, good games. Just something to mention: When you grab with Arcueid, you can hold down, and she'll actually toss them down in front of you for more damage. I keep seeing this, is this only one person?
You really shouldn't have problems with any overheads that are above ground, just because them being at a different altitude on the screen is a really big tip off to block high.

I personally don't even have issues blocking consecutive air overheads in the usual 3-5 delay I get. I get fucked by ground overheads almost all the time though, sadly.

GGs. cArc is pretty hard to start out on, and even with good combos you only get average damage. But yeah, just put a lot of practice in and you should be able to do about the same amount of damage with any character. Some easier than others.
