This would have been great if it was just about a robot collecting and compacting waste for two hours. Nobody I spoke to even mentioned the whole obese-people-on-a-spaceship thing.
This seems to be a trend in animated films lately. Great set-up, terrible everything else. Like that film about an old man that ties balloons to his house, then it turns out to be some bollocks about a talking dog.
