How do I purify myself, /jp/?

I am a certified Shinto Priest. I know these things and I can assist in the purification process.

First you must venture outside and pick exactly fourteen blades of grass of varying lengths. Eat seven blades of grass and ignite the other seven with a lighter, match, or whatever source of flame that you may have.

Now go to a source of cold water, your shower will work if you have no waterfall nearby, and stand under the water when it is at its coldest setting. Do this for exactly 14 minutes, you can set a timer to assist you with this.

When any dark urges come into your mind repeat the water purification ritual. If at any time you falter and fall back down the path of defilement then you must burn away the filth from your essence. To do this turn your shower to the hottest setting and stand under the water for 7 minutes, you may then set the water to the coldest setting for the remaining 7 minutes.

I've been wondering the same thing OP. Not for a sake of purity but I am simply sick of lewd feelings. They lead me to making stupid decisions and frankly it feels like a porn addiction.

You'd expect the internet to be full of methods to reduce your sex drive but nope. Only advice for the opposite.

I've been trying for almost 2 years now but I'm always too weak.
It's all a matter of self control I guess.
You can also google for licorice as a method to lower your testoterone, it never really worked for me though.
It's very important that you keep trying to, I believe that as long as you keep fighting there is still a little bit of pureness inside of you and always remember what you are fighting for

I often catch myself unhiding lewd things hours after hiding them and I can't resist clicking on spoilers.
So it really is the best to just leave until you learn how to resist.
I've always been the most succesful if I could distract myself by playing games or keeping myself otherwise busy.
Boredom leads to lewd thoughts.

Someone once posted a chart here that after 7 days your urge will be the highest, but afterwards it will drop.
I never made it past day 7 though
