Why can't our meido tell the difference between personal threads and blogging? A bit of opinion or storytelling is fine and part of 4chan tradition. A lot of people say things on anonymous boards they would never say anywhere else.

So why is it that for the past couple of years, there's been this counterculture movement where everyone hates these threads? And now the janitor will delete a thread because it has "you" in it somewhere, or because it dares to ask something about a human being's life.

Blogging threads are just people reporting what activity they're currently participating in, regardless of its relevance to Otaku Culture. Stuff like Touhou, doujin games, VNs, anime, image dumps, etc.

Personal threads have feels.
