Kyouko is not gay, she's just joking around with Chinatsu and Chizuru because it's part of her genki retard personality to annoy them for a laugh.

Ayano isn't gay, she just wants to be friends.

Neither of the sisters are gay, just because they're shipping other girls doesn't mean they're gay - there's nothing to suggest it.

There's absolutely nothing suggesting Sakurako sees Himawari as more than a friend.

Now, you could maybe possibly say that all the relationships aren't friendship, they're romantic - if not for a single thing.

Chinatsu.
