Believe it or not, girls are held to higher standards, especially physically, than men are, and get a lot of shit for it. Can you imagine how tough it would be being an ugly or fat girl? The consequences are longer-lasting and more abusive, unlike with guys, where looks aren't literally everything. People like to say women get social perks and shit, but ultimately, that only applies if you're at least somewhat good looking or manipulative. If you aren't either, you're fucked.

Plus, guys are stronger, have more authority, don't get periods and are as a whole more stable emotionally (which helps a lot). Most importantly, the professional world is pretty much tailored to guys, even though who cares about that on /jp/?
