I set about trying to find the historical Flandre and Remilia, but it has proven to be near impossible with my current data and skills. Basically, asuming they were born in 1503 as is stated by ZUN and assuming Remilia really is a descendant of Vlad Tepes, there is only one person that could conceivably match her profile, that is Tepes's granddaughter, Ruxandra, daughter of Mihnea cel Rău. However, there isn't much information about her that I could find, I don't even know her birth year. Unless Tepes had other granddaughters that disappeared from historical records, this seems to be the only option. As for Flandre, I'm totally lost. Even if we assume that she and Remilia aren't actually related, the only clues towards her identity would be her name, and only if it is some sort of title. If that is the case, then there must have been a girl born in 1503 that held some sort of authority over the county of Flanders, at the time of her birth it was owned by Philip I of Castile, and he doesn't seem to have female children that inherited the title.

I also entertained the thought of looking into Remilia's name, as it isn't actually a real name, but Emilia is. As for the R, it is sometimes used to denominate rulers as Regis and Regina, which would make it Queen Emilia. But that's about as far as I got. I'll keep researching until I find more clues.
