They'll either grow or spit koyukkuris with it, but not excrete it.
As for the koyukkuris' accesory and pissing, I think:
-For the accesory, obtaining it means the transition from baby to adult.
-The pissing is much harder to explain. It may be simply liquid bean paste, but why yellow? Perhaps it is dilluted with water. Perhaps it is proper to the immature excreting system of the koyukkuris, but fluff conflicts here, because it has been already stated that yukkuris have no organs...
