About the question in OP, probably Keine's house. She seems like a nice and intelligent person who would be considerate and helping towards a human with no-where to stay. I wouldn't isolated either, and with lots of human around I'd be safe.

The negatives would be, perhaps, that she's a very strict, kinda "no fun allowed" type of person. I'm generally ok with that but if she gets unbearable or tries to get me back home to reality, I'd consider leaving. I also get the feeling she wouldn't let me stay there forever.

I'd consider the Myouren Temple because they all seem to be kind and helpful people as well, and Buddhism seems really interesting, but they're still youkai so I'd feel very uneasy at pretty much at all times.

Actually Kourindou sounds like a pretty good choice. Being from the outside you have a distinct advantage in helping Rinnosuke to identify artifacts so you'd be valuable as more than just a housekeeper. Plus I understand both humans and youkai visit the shop so you'd be able to ease yourself into it as you meet some interesting beings. Worst case scenario is he turns you down and you're within walking distance of the human village. Seems like a pretty safe choice especially if you're still adjusting to the world.
