I can't top some of the armylords here, but I eat once every 48 hours give or take. Sleeping then waking up to 60mg of adderall and a glass of water makes you not hungry. I've done so for several months now and I contrary to popular belief I don't look or feel bad. In fact, I've never felt better.

3-4 days because I couldn't be bothered to leave my room and buy something to eat. You can't call yourself a truneet if you haven't gone without food for at least a couple of days.

I usually don't eat for 2-3 days about 4 to 5 times a month due to ulcers.

Longest period was around 6 days because even the slightest food intake would cause bloody diarrhea. Water to stay hydrated and vitamin pills plus painkillers as a diet.

The problem isn't the pain from hunger or internal bleeding, it's being tired as hell due to anemia and hypoglycemia; which also causes nausea.
