How do I make myself go crazy, /jp/?

Several years ago I was bored and I couldn't think of any hobbies that I wanted to try and this idea popped into my head. I've been working on chiseling away at my sanity for a few years now, but progress is slow.

I've gotten to the point that I can see weird shadows jumping around in the corners of my vision and sometimes everything looks like it's spinning, but aside from these minor visual disturbances I haven't had much progress.

I've tried to deprive myself of sleep, isolate myself, sensory deprivation, listening to bagpipes for hours, and everything I can think of, but it just won't work. It's like my brain is a cement wall and I'm trying to smash through it.

Do a small research on OCD.
Get the basis of it and apply it to your daily life.
Start a OCD routine.
Add more useless shit into that OCD routine.
Focus on thinking if everything is really "all right", all the time.
Exaggerate.

You'll go crazy in no time. Trust me, I'm a doctor.

I want a split personality. One that could do things that I can't, like getting a job or going to university lectures.

This is the main reason why people's fear of psychedelics is pretty silly.

Everyone is so terrified of going crazy, but it's really hard to do that. It's actually annoying how resilient the mind is. I know a man that was tripping every single day for two months, alternating between various hallucinogens like mescaline, mushrooms, LSD, and PCP to avoid tolerance build up. He came out of that as sane as ever and that was two whole months of being totally nuts.

Just start drawing on the walls in crayon, but only in certain colors.

Take up philosophy and read Lovecraft.

Sanity is but a mode of ignorance.

Take stimulants constantly for a week plus. Hell, 3-5 days would probably do it. By constantly I don't mean enough to overdose, more constant high doses for a sustained period. The sleep deprivation + constant dopamine or whatever the fuck it is is very, very likely to induce psychosis. It would be temporary, of course, but repeating it enough would probably effect you quicker than whatever the fuck you're doing now.

Also, look into deliriants.

Basically, you need to actively look to harm your brain. There are plenty of ways to do this with medication, you just need to sort the ones that'll give you something funky from ones that'll just turn you into a drooling retard.
