Is there any kind of Western equivalent of Comiket for doujinshi made in Western languages?

Is there even any doujinshi produced outside of Japan? i.e. Fan works not for profit about Japanese works, but in a language other than Japanese.

There will be when you make it happen OP.

People sometimes do stuff like that at other cons, PAX, comicon, whatever. Not on anything approaching the scale of comiket, of course.
