Ex-NEET here. I recommend all you NEETs find a good 24-hour gym somewhere and go there a few times a week, even if your workout is total bullshit. You'll feel more energized, won't sleep quite as excessively, and on the off chance you become un-NEET, you'll look better when you venture outside.

I mean I'm just assuming here that if you have the means to live without working in today's world you also have the means to afford a gym membership.

Calisthenics works alright for maybe a year or two for a previously totally untrained person. But then you will run into a ceiling and will experience NOGAINZ until you switch over to weight training. You can only add so much weight to a backpack before it becomes an impractical form of progression. Once you can do dozens of pushups with a 50 lb pack, its time for a bench, dude.

1/3 of it goes to my mother each month to cover all my costs of food and bills, 1/3 goes to figures and alcohol, and the last 1/3 I store in a fireproof tin hidden in my chest of drawers with a false bottom because I don't trust banks.

I'm working on getting on autismbux, but at the same time I'm trying to get a full-time job, because I want more money. Still, it would be great to just move out to somewhere other than where I'm currently at and be a NEET who dedicates himself to writing about DRAGON RAPE.

I just don't know if it will pan out, though. There are so many "what-ifs", the main one being that I both don't get a full-time job or get on SSI, meaning that I would be doomed to a miserable existence where I deliver newspapers for the rest of my life.

Doesn't make you a normal automatically the second you find employment, but when you start telling us about it, it does. US server has much more healthier real money economy, it's easier to make money there. I am stuck on EU and with a shitty class (Demon Hunter) - it's only good with godly gear.

I think my character is worth about 300 euros, it was worth more before, but items devalued with time. Make a Barbarian, invest 20-30 bucks to kickstart your character and after a few weeks you'll probably be making the same or more.

Actually the most efficient way to make money in the game is to stalk Auction House 8 hours a day, grabbing severely underpriced items as soon as they appear and reselling them. You'll have to do that to buy good gear for yourself, but I can't imagine doing this every day. Your brain just melts.

The problem is that NEETs and normals are entirely different types of people.

Normals are often obsessed with social status and buying material goods so they will spend large portions of their life working to acquire these things.

NEETs are social pariahs that have gone through intense trials of self-humiliation and degradation in order to convince the government to give them money. They do not care about social status because they happily place themselves at the bottom of society so they can avoid working and the majority of their material goods are stolen through the internet.

There's a program that you are enrolled in once you believe you're well enough to look for a job (it ends up being mandatory after a certain time period anyway) and you get a worker who ``works with your disability'' and tries to help you enter the workforce.
