I'm malnourished, my skin is pale, I look like death warmed up and can't motivate myself to do anything but browse /jp/ and sleep.
But at least I don't have to work or socialize with anyone.
I also have those small spasms though there haven't been any recently. Don't know what's causing them.

Is this spasm stuff actually that common? My body always twitches when I wake up or when I'm on the verge of sleep, I remember once when I was about to fall asleep on my bed and my feet suddenly flew like half a meter into the air and my hands starting moving wildly. Should I see a doctor?

>tired
What I've noticed from personal experience is the more you sleep, the more sleep your body will crave. I used to sleep 18 hours a day no problem, no break in-between.

Then I limited my sleep to 6-7 hours a day and my body/brain got used to it in a 3 days and suddenly I had more time to do stuff every day. No caffeine 2-3 hours before bed also helped.

A diet consisting of rubbish food like processed wheat, sugar drinks and sweets keep blood sugar levels in constant turmoil, making your status swing wildly between short bursts of hyper and drowsiness.

I don't know how it happened but I've recently developed severe lower back pain that makes it extremely painful to get out of my chair.
I need to get a cane or something, even navigating my house is excruciating unless I'm crawling on my hands and knees.

I can't go get a doctor because I don't have any state-given ID, I have no health insurance, and I can't go to the ER unless I have reason to believe it's a life-threatening emergency..

Most of the day (6-7 hours), but I have good sitting posture and a comfortable chair.

The problem only arose when I slept in a very bad position one night (I half-fell out of the bed while sleeping, it seems, and it felt like I twisted my spine), and it's been persistent ever since.
The pain comes in pangs but the pangs only occur when my spine needs to support my shoulders. If I'm sitting or laying down my spine has a strange pressure in the lower vertebrae, but isn't horrifically painful.

Besides autoimmune flare-ups, and turbo-constipation for the past, well pretty much half-year now, pretty fine.

The constipation might be due to either me getting better or considerably worse, in the it could be cancer worse.
But it doesn't seem to be that after 2 doctors felt me up, no hardness around my intestines, and the level of constipation would literally need to have my intestines filled with cancerous fibers all over, but nope.
So it is likely my intestines are recovering or dying on the left side.
Oh boy, I like a choice!

I exercise a few times each day, during the morning I do some light exercise (10-15 minutes) to wake me up but not do damage (doing heavy exercise from waking can give you a heart attack, even a stroke or hemorrhage if you have thick blood)
Then a few hours later, I do some more exercise for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how I feel.
Then usually after I have eaten dinner, I will do some more.
Throughout the day I do some light exercise in general, from walking on the spot while waiting for something to cook or tensing muscles in sequence slightly.

Nothing hard, come on guys, you can do it, I believe in you!
All this without having to lift or feel crappy.
