It depends who invades first.

If South Korea decides to invade Japan then they wouldn't stand a chance against the superior Japanese Navy. If someone they do manage to land then it would be rape train from there because S.Korea has a really powerful land army. The point is neither can invade each other, it will be a stalemate.
