>A criminal investigation resulted in the arrest of 58-year-old Richard Matthew Stallman of New York city, NY, on two counts of child molestation Wednesday morning.

New York State Police Detective Frawley started an investigation after receiving information from the Brooklyn Division of the New York Department of Child Services a nine-year-old Brooklyn girl had possibly been molested.

The investigation revealed Stallman had allegedly committed a sexual act on the girl at a Tipton County home on Wednesday.

Stallman was arrested by Detective Frawley on counts of child molestation, class A and class C felonies, and incarcerated in the Brooklyn Jail with no bond.
