Azusa, Iori, Miki and Chihaya are the dead weight of the group so I would have to get rid of them first. Yukiho could dig a hole, Yayoi could cook, Ritsuko can micro manage the idols, Makoto and the twins could be the manual labor while Hibiki persuaded the native animals to help. I'm not sure of what use Takane would be.

I would roast Miki over a pit like a pig because she is a shit. Then Chihaya, then Azusa, then Yukiho. I don't think I would eat any of the rest, maybe the twins. Iori will never be consumed. Iorin gets first priority for all food, and if any other idol tries anything funny around her, I will quickly gut them and cook them.
