Normal people will think you're a huge fag, just keep them in a box or something until you get there. You have 2 types of neckbeards at most card shops. The western variety, and the eastern variety. The western one may or may not think that you're a fag (they most likely will, there's not much you can do about it). However they won't actually say anything. The eastern one will probably make a comment on your touhous and maybe you can have a friend.

Shutting down a noisy person without confrontation can be really tricky. The easiest way is just to say "no thanks" nothing closes people quicker than refusal. If you take a single thing you're fucked, if you say "thank you but ..." you're fucked. Don't give him a single in! Just "no thank you, no thank you, no thank you" all he has for you is poison. Well I'm not saying you have to give him some clear "NO", just say no thanks and leave or close the door. If he doesn't get the message just repeat, if he does something like tries to open the door just look REALLY surprised and scared (you probably will naturally). If that's too difficult just play contrarian or something, if he brings meat you're a vegetarian, if he brings beer say you've stopped drinking. You can say something like "i'm sure someone else would want it" which might be a hint to him that he should just give up.

As for your parents just lie to them, say he stopped speaking with you or something. They don't know him, who cares? He got arrested, he went to Iraq, whatever. That's a really easy problem to solve. The trick is to get rid of this guy in the least offensive and most total way.

Yeah, without some finesse you'll earn a little ire.
My usual strategy is simply never presenting an opening. When it's unavoidable to speak with someone, go in guns blazing, and get right out.

For whatever reason people tend to think I'm someone important for this, presumably because I come across as someone with very little time. But that's easier to deal with than some kid who has an axe to grind because he thinks you've slighted him.

I have been experimenting with dirt cheap headphones for a while.

I find that generally the ones without a mic attached are slightly cheaper and don't last nearly as long. $2 headphones usually last no more than 4-5 weeks.

I found a store that sells cheap headphones with a mic attached for $3. I tried my luck and while they die internally in about 3-4 months, they have some huge drawbacks. The mic keeps flopping down to my left shoulder so I ended up ripping it off with some scissors as I never use it anyways. They also break quite easily if you're not careful. My current ones have a ton of tape attached since I'm always careless and take off my headphones really fast with one hand.

Both of these headphones crackle if the volume is too loud, and have poor volume in general (maybe that's just my ears, but I don't remember having this problem with real headphones). Also they both seem to have one side, usually the right side in my case either stop working or have half the volume of the left side. Maybe it's because they keep conflicting with my chair and smashing to the ground. And that's another problem, the wires are WAY too long on both mics.

I may try ear buds soon, but from what I've seen they give out really fast, crackle, and are generally uncomfortable (they keep falling out of my ears, maybe I have too much wax stored up?). On the plus side they're a lot louder and don't have such ridiculous wire lengths.

Overall I prefer the ones with the mics attached.

If you have anything you need to hide, then seek employment elsewhere. Job seekers, remember that your Facebook is a marketing tool, and the product you are marketing is yourself. Every single post you make, every picture you upload, everything you 'Like,' it's all subject to employer scrutiny. I have been met with suspicion for not having a Facebook, though. People just don't understand why I don't need or want to post random tidbits of my life online. Didn't Mark Zuckerberg say something to the effect that we should be doing this by default, if we have nothing to hide?

I can't count how many times I would talk to someone new and one of the first things they would ask is do you have a FB? I mean whatever happened to at least exhanging phone numbers or something? whether its my old classmates or just new people. And then when I said I don't have one they would give me the look. But I suppose FB is so ingrained in many peoples lives they can't live without it or something.
I'be been using the internet since the mid 90's but then it was quite unusual to have a personal webpage or anything about you online (unless you were a public official or some researcher I guess). Its interesting how peoples attitudes changed. Now its not "normal" to not have a FB.

Just so you know, the dailymail is probably not the most reliable news outlet. Definitely you can't deem an article that contains a few cherry picked cases, regards an Internet columnist as authority, picks out of context slashdot comments and calls having an accounts on MySpace and dating sites a "small online footprint" as a really informative article. It just confirms that the dailymail is full of morons.

>> No.9645555

Because people wouldn't like being forced to give handjobs.

The reason why the job market is fucked is because it's hard for the average joe to start their own business because government forces you to comply with regulation that is too expensive to maintain while the already-established corporations can hire some lawyers and find loop holes and shit. This stifles competition. Just google how many applications McDonalds has gotten in the past years, it's the same for any generic mega-corp (especially wal-mart). When you know that people are forced to buy from you or are forced to work for you with no other say from your competitiors, you start to cut costs and corners to make an extra buck.

It needs to be a lot easier for the average joe to start a business if you want to see a better economy, you start by looking at the mountains of regulation your government is enforcing and getting rid of the majority that are useless.

>>9645555
True, but I think the problem lies in education as well. If most of the people applying for a position have a degree, chances are you'd just ignore the rest. But then if most people have a degree, they also have to rack up other qualifications, and so does everyone else. Small businesses would definitely reduce the problem, though, since they'd be more likely to hire locally and give a damn about the person, rather than whether they have some unrelated certificates and a Facebook profile for easy corporate snooping.

The scariest part is opening up. It's horrible being asked what you're feeling, having no clue what, if anything it is, and then having the psychologist tell you to start trying to try being more introspective. I've literally spend the last 6 or more years trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with me, my lack of ability to tell what I'm feeling is by no means due to lack of effort trying - I spend all day either being introspective or talking to myself, I still have no idea what I spend my time feeling, if anything. But, being incapable of opening up, I find it hard to say so.

On the bright side, my psych hasn't tried forcing drugs onto me, at least not for social anxiety. She's mentioned them, but only once or twice - I just made it clear I have no intention of taking any and it was dropped.

I'm not sure if they'd be more pushy over other mental health disorders - God knows I dread opening up half because of how afraid of my own mind I am, I used to think I was a sociopath - but I don't display enough of the symptoms - I've stopped trying to think about it much as self diagnosis is a terrible trap to fall into, but I can't help but feel there's more mental deviancy in me than would be safe to admit to - though I feel no need to change it, therefore no need to admit to it to begin with.

I get the feeling I'd be locked in a psyche ward if I told them I've had thoughts of suicide (almost exclusively out of morbid curiosity though, not depression) or rape (fetish) or enjoy loli/shota and then refused to take any meds.

I can't say for sure because I've never talked to a psychiatrist about myself, but I think I would be comfortable sharing things as long as I were certain it wouldn't be able to bite me on the ass.

I've been pretty open about my suicidal thoughts - though I make it clear that I don't think I'm going to kill myself over some emotional outburst, I just consider it an inevitable eventuality when living is simply more troublesome than the 10% chance of failing when stepping infront of a train.

I'd certainly not mention some of the other things in a similar vein to what you mentioned that I'd rather not go into, the fact they led me to wondering if I was a sociopath (Though I lack plenty of the traits, one of the contributing factors as to why I feel self diagnosis is a terrible thing) should say enough, I have no intention of being locked up.

Everyone's got their own little bit of sickfuckery, especially when it comes to 2d. I wouldn't worry about it much.

In any case, I think I'll just go straight to a psychologist, seems like a sensible choice when I don't intend to take any drugs. Do you happen to know if going to one or the other affects your qualification for autism bux? If I do go I might as well try to get the most out of it I can.

One man saw it coming.

One man who deeply cared for the disabled.

He planned his whole life to save this world.

But in the end they rejected him.

Now we have a NEET epidemic that no one will take care of.

It is a shame.

I forgot to ask, why do they need to be monitored? I've never heard of that before. Is it because the drugs are dangerous? Or because the patient is considered dangerous without them? Or is it because the drugs can be abused?

There would always be meaningful work and no meaningless, meandering lives under national socialism.

But no, the kikes in America had to ruin everything.

The first two reasons you listed. There's not a very big market for anti psychotic abuse.

Shit can kill you, disable you, or make you utterly batshit insane. Usually it turns into a hollow shell, that is it's intended function. They also tend to react violently with other medications. So it really needs to be watched carefully.

Fear of the patient also may factor in somewhere, as schizos of all flavors are still subject to certain stigma.

I don't there is a big market for anti psychotic abuse though, so I doubt they're worried about you selling them on silk road. Though they could royally fuck someone for life if you were to slip someone some unawares with some regularity.

Oh I'm not particularly worried about my sickfuckery - which I suppose might be worrying in itself in some cases - just pointing out that you can see a psych and talk about suicidal ideation without fear of being locked up, as long as you don't go talking about being incapable of "keeping yourself safe", but wouldn't recommend talking about whatever fetishes you have, nor would you have reason to.

For me , fhc from Brazil, NTR only exist when this happens with a wife, bride or a girlfriend of the protagonist ( a girl that have a official love relationship / commitment with the protagonist of the game ) and the protagonist really love this woman very much, and this woman love the protagonist very much too, however, for some reason, she is forced to make sex with other man ( maybe bacause of a “uncontrollable sexual desire”, or maybe because of blackmail, or like the “payment” of a “high debt”, or, just a normal RAPE ) I not know, the reason will be explained in the game, but, the fact is that the girl need to love the protagonist and the protagonist need to love the girl. NTR without love, for me, is not NTR.

Any other fit neets on tonight? I eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Walking/biking at night is cathartic, and I enjoy the prospect of leeching off the system until I grow very old.
