I liked a few things about the movie (music, proper swordsmanship), I disliked other things (rushed story, too much focus on action, too short).

I think the armor is great, but I agree that Guts' party are basically just cheer leaders. WAY TOO FUCKING MANY Guts-kills-things-easily-while-people-look-on-in-awe scenes. Isidro, Farn, and Serp have not done shit since Conviction. Hopefully once they get to elf island Casca will be cured and able to kick ass like she did in the Golden Age, Farn will become a mageknight thanks to Schierke's teachings, Serp will actually do something useful instead of shooing away some token henchmen and Isidro.... I have no idea what the hell can be done with him.

I'm not really sure how you can like the armor while hating the non-awe-inspiring fighting scenes, since it only contributes to boring fights, but I suppose different tastes.

Knowing Guts' luck things with Caska won't work out. I'm betting she'll go back with/want Guts to not kill Griffith eventually after a pseudo-stockholm syndrome effect from talking with him. Because in a way, Griffith hasn't really changed.

I'm still hoping that Guts will find that revenge only leads to damnation and abandon his quest to become a crossdressing junior idol alongside Kenshiro and Jotaro Kujo. They will be incredibly popular as an idol group and anyone who claims they are not cute little girls will quickly and mysteriously become a fountain of blood. Berserk will follow their adventures, as well as the exploits of a rival idol group composed of Griffith, Raoh and Dio Brando.

I think it's a good character, half assed development in some parts, but I find her a little bit compelling, mainly because it's the most human (and powerless) character on the millenium falcon arc.

Incorrect. That is from the anime. Both Rosine and the Count were in the anime but only veeery briefly. Rosine is shown when that group of apostles eats some of the Hawk members during the golden age while Guts, Judeau, Pippin and Casca were at the Tower of Rebirth trying to rescue Griffith. No idea where Corcus was.

Also the Count shows up again during the Eclipse.
