No if you truly hate the chinese you need to let them download what you have. Odds are your collection is considered subversive by the chinese government and every time a PRC citizen gets hold of dissenting media they get more dissatisfied with their life and are more likely to rebel from their oppressive government and once again descend china into warring factions.
