Bellow level 6: Place all your stuff in your house and get killed a few times.

At or Above level 6: Quests. Escort quests are doable as they complete the moment you enter town. Although since you say you have trouble with combat, you might want to avoid the girlfriend ones. There's a chance you'll get attacked by assassins and you have to kill them all. You can't run.

You can also attempt the random dungeons scatter around the world. Killing the boss on the final floor counts as a quest and gives you karma.

Orcale scrolls tell you the location of artifacts in the world. Too bad most the time it pinpoints stuff held by NPCs and shops. And when it doesn't, you still have to find the exact "Safe forest" or whatever it's talking about, and hope one of the NPC adventurers doesn't get there first.

It's just better to hang onto them because of their value and trade them to other adventurers for their stuff.

mewmewmew just increases your luck. It does less than some people claim. You do not become a god in combat, or have any increased luck with wells. It only increases your chances in rolling higher, and makes blackjack COMPLETELY broken. I recommend just betting 1 chip each time, and laughing as you rake in 15 wins and miracle items with potions of cure corruption.

If you want HUGE GUTS, go Opatos. If you want healing and tsun tsun, go Jure. They both take ores as the secondary sacrifice, which are pretty easy to find.

Regular offerings and non-rotten ones shine before disappearing and the god speaks.

A portable fridge, you mean? I got my cooler box from doing the puppy cave quest. It has a very low capacity (4 food items iirc) but it helps. I make my loli lug it around so I don't have to deal with the weight (2.5 + whatever's in it, I think).
